Through an extensive career with multinationals in Human Resource leadership roles, her work has spanned across different legislative frameworks and countries. Knowledge gained through projects with small and large clients, accountabilities as a Board Member and understanding workforce dynamics means she has the ability to customise reward solutions within varying organisation models and industries. High importance is placed on maintaining positive workplace relations during change/reward projects she facilitates.
Michelle will ensure that client requirements are effectively defined, achieved and delivered through the collective expertise of the Southern team. The team are mobile – so if they’re needed on site to talk to your team, they’ll be there. They are equally skilled at accomplishing goals remotely.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys a social kitchen, outdoor pursuits, and most of all family.
