Strategic Pay were proud to host a Central Government Briefing Webinar on Thursday 23 April to a 44 key clients in the sector.
The webinar explored trends in reward from our latest New Zealand Central Government survey and considered the results acknowledging the current environment. We provided some additional insights from our weekly Pulse surveys we have been conducting for the past month which have gained insights into the market in light of the Covid-19 situations. We also heard from guest speakers Dr Noelle Donnelly, VUW and Dr Isobel Sin, Senior Fellow, Motu Economic and Public Policy and Research.
