Olga Safonova
Intern
Olga spent five years diving deep into resource management studies. Alongside her studies, she delved into soil fertility research at the university laboratory, exploring its impact on farmlands.
Upon relocating to New Zealand, Olga’s passion for science lead her to a role as a water monitoring technician. In this role, she monitored various aspects of water quality from streams and beaches to underground stormwater and wastewater systems.
Feeling the urge for a new challenge, Olga pivoted towards a career in development. This has been an exciting journey of growth and learning, and she is eager to see where it takes her next.
Outside of work, Olga enjoys doing acrobatics, indoor rock climbing and camping. At home, she likes baking, working on DIY projects, and taking care of her garden.
