The Market Information team is pleased to announce the publication of the 2021 Information Communication Technology (ICT) Remuneration Report.
This is the second year we have run this report, reaching out specifically this year to ICT organisations to get more participation from the sector. The report draws on data from 358 organisations across the public and private sectors, and over 10,000 ICT professionals.
Some insights found in the report include:
- The highest movements we saw were for Test/QA roles with 4.2% fixed remuneration weighted average.
- 68% of the overall data submitted for these roles were identified as male.
- The digital/design job function has the highest percentage of female employees at 56%.
