Lyn is an experienced reward consultant with a broad range of human resource management experience in New Zealand and the United States in both the public and private sectors.
Lyn’s experience covers the development and auditing of HR and reward systems, policies and strategies, facilitation of training and strategy workshops; job analysis and evaluation and project management of the selection and implementation of job evaluation and remuneration systems both within an organisation and for client organisations.
She is currently the Chair of Strategic Pay’s Pay Equity group and has audited organisations HR policies and practices in relation to their impact on pay equity and advised on potential improvements to assist with reducing gaps.
Lyn brings an analytical mind, enthusiasm, a strong focus on client needs and excellent project management skills to client projects.
